Tiande Chemical Holdings Limited headquarter in Hong Kong, is a specialized fine chemical manufacturer listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in October 2006.
The Company has four wholly-owned subsidiaries located in Mainland China, they are: Weifang Common Chem Co., Ltd. (established in 1997) Shanghai Dehong Chemical Co., Ltd. (established in 2001) Weifang Parasia Chem Co., Ltd. (established in 2004) Weifang Binhai Petro-Chem Co., Ltd. (established in 2005) The principal activities of the Group is sales and distribution, manufacturing, and research of fine chemical products including Cyanoactates, Malonates, Ethanol, Methanol, tert-Butanol, Sodium Cyanide solution, iso-Butylene, PIB, etc, which are widely applied in the synthesis of pharmaceutical products, pesticides, adhesive products, sealants, coating material and aromatics etc.
